You do not need a car for your stay with us. The house is in the centre of Bad Gastein (Kaiser Wilhelm-Promenade 1). If you arrive without a car there is nothing extra to book: you only need a parking space if you come by car.

Check-in is fully digital and contactless, from 4 pm. There is no reception; you receive your personal door code after online check-in and payment, around the clock. Check-out is by 11 am.

You can leave your luggage in the ski room free of charge before check-in and after check-out. A boot dryer is there too. The house also has a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, as well as the Residenz Café and the Residenz Bar.

You receive the Gastein Card including the Salzburg Mobility Card digitally by e-mail after you have checked in and paid the tourist tax. The tourist tax is EUR 4.50 per person and night from age 15; children under 15 are exempt.

If you do come by car: private parking spaces near the house cost EUR 10 per night and car and are booked during online check-in.
