Families are welcome. Our suites sleep up to 4 guests, the two-bedroom apartments (60 and 65 m²) up to 6. The suites have a king-size box-spring bed and a sofa bed; the apartments have two separate bedrooms. Every unit has a kitchen with a Nespresso machine and a bathroom with a rain shower.

For fire safety reasons, how many guests may stay in a unit depends on the individual unit. If there are more of you, it is best to book a second apartment.

Children under 15 are exempt from the tourist tax. From age 15 it is EUR 4.50 per person and night.

​

Handy for families: the house has a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a ski room with a boot dryer (you can also leave luggage there free of charge), as well as the Residenz Café and the Residenz Bar. For stays of 5 days or more, an interim cleaning is free of charge. We do not offer breakfast or room service.
