The 300-meter zip line, the waterfall, as well as the thermal bath are all within a few minutes walking distance.

The historic walls of today's RESIDENZ BOUTIQUE SUITES were built around 1895 as part of a complex of buildings by Angelo Comini - the famous master builder responsible for over 100 hotels, health resorts, and villas in Bad Gastein and the surrounding area. The magnificent historic building that housed the former Hotel Imperial has since blended in with the impressive architecture of the houses built into the hillside, which make the townscape of Bad Gastein so exceptional.
2010
In the 2010s, the Gastein Valley celebrated a tourism comeback and finally awoke from its slumber. It was the beginning of a new dawn that made Bad Gastein shine in new splendour.
2019
In the middle of the old town centre - not far from the famous waterfall that characterises the townscape and acoustics of the picturesque village - stands the magnificent RESIDENZ BOUTIQUE SUITES building. It underwent complete core renovations between 2019 and 2021 and has since added an additional air of chic to the 4,000-strong community.
TODAY
Today, the RESIDENZ BOUTIQUE SUITES in Bad Gastein are a popular meeting place for guests from all over the world. The twenty-five lovingly designed suites invite nature lovers and design-loving guests to enjoy and linger all year round. Visitors can also warm up with mulled wine on cold days or enjoy refreshments in the hot sun on the newly built terrace. Those who prefer to stay inside can relish the ambience, the variety of drinks and seasonal delicacies available in the well-stocked bar of the house.
