For groups and friends we have 25 suites and apartments. The two-bedroom apartments (60 and 65 m²) sleep up to 6 guests and have two separate bedrooms with king-size box-spring beds. For larger groups you book several units in the same house.

Important: for fire safety reasons, how many guests may stay in a unit depends on the individual suite. We do not overbook. If you are too many for one apartment, please book a second one.

Every unit has a kitchen with a Nespresso machine and a bathroom with a rain shower. In the house you will find a ski room with a boot dryer, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, as well as the Residenz Café and the Residenz Bar. We do not offer breakfast or room service.

Check-in is fully digital and contactless, from 4 pm. You receive the door code after online check-in and payment, around the clock. Check-out is by 11 am. Private parking spaces near the house cost EUR 10 per night and car and are booked during online check-in.
